The Downtown Boise Area - A place where you can
work, shop, play and be seen. Downtown has a large array
of places to dine from casual to ritzy, there is lots of
great food to be had. Wednesdays during the summer you can
get your night going by attending the free concert series,
Alive after Five at Grove Plaza. Then the fun doesn't stop
when the sun goes down, with 27 night clubs and bars you
can have fun all night. Get cultured in Downtown Boise as
there are great places see and learn about art and culture.
You can shop till you drop as there are well over a hundred
places to shop in Downtown Boise. Don't forget to go to
8th St., here you can dine, shop, watch a movie, attend
a concert and get some culture all with in a half a block.
Downtown
Boise Condos, Lofts and Homes
- Condos are being built all over the Downtown area and
giving you lots of new great condos to choose from. A condo
in Downtown can run anywhere from 200 thousand for a 1 bed
1 bath to over a million for a 2 bedroom luxurious penthouse
condo. Currently there are 14 new condo and loft buildings
in progress in the Downtown area. Finding a home in the
Downtown area is a little harder to do. There are fewer
homes here so there aren't to many on the market at any
one time, but head just a little ways out of Downtown and
there are many homes to be had.
