Welcome
to the Boise North End, the great historic neighborhood
in Boise.
About
the North End Area - The North End is a great
community and offers an abundance of natural and historic
beauty and is very well suited to walkers and bikers a like.
The North End is filled with old growth shade trees and
lots of flowers and gardens as well as many parks. Here
you can find a neat health food store called the Boise Co-op.
From the north end area you have great access to the Boise
foothills, Bogus Basin and the Ridge to Rivers Trail System.
On of the great parks of the North End is Camel's Back Park.
North
End Homes
- One of the great and historic streets in the North End
is Harrison Blvd with homes reaching over a million dollars
in price. The North End is a sought after area and homes
demand higher price tags here. Most homes are Craftsman
style homes on smaller lots and many of the homes in the
North End are on the historic register. With North End homes
you will typically be close to your neighbors, have street
parking and possibly alley access. Also in the North End
you can find a few condos at reasonable prices.
Hyde
Park
- In the middle of the North End sits Hyde Park, here there
are many small town boutiques and eateries with great architecture
and historic presences. Hyde Park always has some kind of
activity going on and is a gathering spot for mountain bikers,
children and the community. Hyde Park is a trailhead and
end for many mountain bikers from all around.
